MAX20734EPL+T, Low-Battery Voltage Monitor with Adjustable Reset Threshold
Product Description:
The MAX20734EPL+T is a low-battery voltage monitor featuring an adjustable reset threshold voltage range from 1.2V to 4.5V. It monitors the battery voltage during the operation of the system and provides a reset signal upon the detection of a low-battery condition. The reset signal is active-low and is asserted when the input voltage drops below the pre-set reset threshold voltage. The reset signal is maintained for a minimum reset pulse width of 100ms. The device is available in a 6-pin SOT23 package and is ideal for battery-powered applications.
